   Actually, this sort of thing HAS happened at UNM before.

   Libby Palmer was arrested on 27 August 1998 by UNMPD for attempting to shout down Linda Chavez as Chavez was giving a speech in opposition to bilingual education programs at APS.

   After being arrested, she sued UNM, and UNM showed her its institutional belly by paying her off to the tune of 12K.
