     I can understand getting pissed about the double standard (“it’s OK to do this to conservatives . . .”) but as for the picture itself – we have a First Amendment that guarantees Flynt’s and our pre-existing right to freedom of speech and freedom of the press. Cupp is a public figure, so she’ll get over it.

     As for Cupp suing Flynt, Flynt’s been down that road before with Jerry Falwell in 1983 and won in the end – hence the disclaimers on the Hustler article. I  suspect that Flynt does these pieces specifically to provoke litigation.

     “If you can find a more dedicated and proven libertarian than Larry Flint, I’ll kiss your ass in Macy’s window.”

     The whole “Left vs. Right” silliness is based upon the seating chart of the 1791 French National Assemby, not upon any rational analysis of the issues.

     Emerson White &8211 While such a difference is important, Duverger’s Law specifically states that an electoral system like that currently in use in the States will tend to move towards two major political parties.

     Fuck ‘em – I’ve been on austerity wages (30-60 % pay cut) since March 2011, while my public-sector “counterparts” take to the streets over cuts of about 1-5 %.
