Didn’t they try this schtick before a few times during the Bush XLIII Administration with things like Operation Tips, where they wanted to co-opt UPS and Fed-Ex drivers as their informants?

Anyway, GOOD LUCK finding a working payphone in Albuquerque – at least one where you won’t catch some funky disease from the handset.
It would probably work out better to get a few pre-paid cell phones (the cheapies so you can toss them if needed), buy them with CASH, and register them from an internet cafe under names like “Mr. Big Dick,” “I.P. Freely,” etc.
