Ohio – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terry_v._Ohio U.S. v. DeBerry says that just because you’re visibly carrying a weapon, that isn’t sufficient grounds for a cop to stop you. Terry v. Ohio says that the cop(s) have to be able to say what sort of specific criminal activity you were engaged in as part of stopping you.
